If you are MBSJ or JBS member, you will receive a program booklet.
(Even if you join both societies, only 1 copy will be delivered for environmental reason.)
Program data will be uploaded on this website by the end of October.

We will make booklet and CD-ROM of the abstracts.
Those who make advance registration will receive both, however, on-site registrants will
have CD-ROM only.
This is to lighten participants’ baggage at the meeting site, and to encourage advance registration.
We strongly recommend you to complete registration by October 31^st, 2008.
We will release only titles and authors on the website (no abstract data will be uploaded).
The expected date of issue is on November 20^th, 2008.

Reception (casual party) will be held on the 3rd evening (December 11th, Thu.).
Please join the party, it will be a great opportunity for participants to get closer to each other in much more friendly atmosphere.

Drinks (soft drinks and alcohol) will be sold during the poster presentation (discussion) time.
Academic discussion with delicious beer will be exciting to your intellectual interest.

Day nursery service is available at the meeting site.
Detail information (fee, how to apply etc.) will be announced shortly.
