• Late-Breaking Abstracts will not be printed on program / abstract booklets. They will only appear on the handouts that are distributed at the meeting site.
• Presentation style: Poster presentation
• Because of the space availability, we can close application before the above deadline when we receive too many papers.

• MBSJ and/or JBS membership is a must.
• You can be a presenter for ONLY ONE PAPER (if you have submitted abstract in summer, you can not apply for this opportunity).

Please download “Late-Breaking Abstract Format” (MS Word) and fill in the form with the necessary information and abstract. We will receive it as attached file by email. Send the file to BMB 2008 Secretariat(bmb2008@aeplan.co.jp)

You are required to enter your member number for MBSJ and/or JBS.
If you don’t have any membership of the societies, please complete membership application procedure before the meeting.

Please keep the indicated fonts and sizes. Abstract size should not exceed 164mm x 128mm (within 1,700 characters).

When we receive your application, we will send a receipt notice by email.
The notice is not an automatic message, so please be patient if it takes a couple of days to reach you.

Acceptance notice with presentation detail will be sent to you by email at the end of November.

Please send us the revised form by the deadline (we will not accept any revision after deadline).

Please inform the secretariat by the deadline (we will not accept any withdrawal after deadline).
