Advance Registration: July 1st (Thu) – October 29th (Fri) JST17:00, 2010
*Please note that above period is different from Abstract Submission period.

The abstracts will be issued as online system, not as printed booklets.

Online abstract search system will be available from November 19, however, it is only for those who completed registration procedure.

We strongly recommend you to make advance registration to view the online abstracts before the meeting.

1．Advance registration (for Oversea Participants Only)

How to apply:
Please fill out the advance registration form (PDF) and fax it to the Secretariat by October 29th, 2010. (for security reason, we advise you to send the form by fax, not by e-mail).
Your registration will be completed with a confirmation notice sent by the Secretariat.
*If you are a Japanese resident, please go to the Japanese page and register via online.

Payment:
Payment can be made by credit card.
Please include your card information in the application form.
We will send you the registration ID and the receipt.
In case you do not have a valid credit card, please ask the Secretariat.

2．On-site Registration

If you do not register by October 29th, please go to the On-site Registration Desk and complete registration procedure at the conference site.

Please send a photocopy of student ID with the application form.

*Above registration fees include admittance to all scientific programs and the password for online abstracts.

4．Notes

  • Presenters are required to make an advance registration before abstract submission.
  • After the deadline, we will accept registration only at the meeting site.
  • Advance registration will be completed only after payment. If you do not pay in advance without notice, you need to register at meeting site with higher rate.
  • Name badge (and program booklet to non-members) will be handed at the meeting site. Sorry, we do not send them abroad.
  • Even if you cancel attendance, we do not refund the registration fee. Please keep it mind that we basically do not refund already paid fee at any reason.
  • If you are a Japanese resident, please go to the Japanese page and register via online.
  • If you wish to purchase only Online abstracts, it is available for JPY10,000(including Tax. Please contact the secretariat.
