Abstract Submission Guideline |

| Submission Deadline: January 31 (sun), 2010 |
|
|
| Invited speakers and those who propose for oral / poster presentations are required to submit abstracts by the above deadline. |
|
 Instructions for submitting abstracts |
|

1. |
|
Download the Filo2010 Abstract Template (MS word), and submit the file to filo2010@aeplan.co.jp by email attachment.
|

|
|
|
| |

|
Keep the format (fonts and styles) as the instruction on the template. |
| |
3. |
|
The abstract body is limited to 250 words / 1500 characters which must include a brief introduction, methods, results, discussion and conclusion. |

|
Submit text only; tables, figures or any other graphics are not permitted. Special characters and formatting may not be compatible with the secretariat's computer.
Please replace Greek letters by the actual word, e.g. alpha, beta, gamma, delta etc... |

When submitting abstract, please be sure to include your email address and phone number in the email message. We may need to contact the authors for revision etc. |
|
|
| Preference of your presentation style (except for invited speakers) |
|
| |
Notify of your preference of the presentation style (oral or poster) when submitting abstract.
Please be reminded that we will not be able to select all of the abstracts with the preference of oral presentation because of the schedule limit. We intend to select approximately 15 short (15 min) talks from the submitted abstracts.

| Confirmation of receipt |

As we do not use electronic abstract submission system, it may take a couple of days for you to receive a confirmation of receipt. Please be patient, and let us know in case you do not receive anything at all for 5 days.
|
|
|
| Agreement |
|
| |
In submitting an abstract, you certify that the paper is an original contribution and give permission to the symposium organizers to publish it in the abstract booklets. Further, if your abstract is accepted for presentation, you agree to participate in the symposium to present your research.
