Arrival date 80% of total room charge.
After 0:00AM cancel/no-show 100% of total room.
【 Note 】
  Numbers of rooms are limited (especially non-smoking rooms). We advise you to make your reservation early.
Smoking rooms can be deodorized.
Please request deodorization at the remarks column in the booking system when non-smoking rooms are fully reserved.
【 How to book a room 】
  To book a room with meeting special rate, you are required to log in at Filo 2010 special booking page with the following procedure.
 
Step 1
    Select “Accommodations” at the bottom menu bar, and click “Reservation” button.
    右端のメニューバーから「一般のお客様」を選択し、クリックしてください。
 
Step 2
    Select “Corporate Package” on the left menu bar.
    左端のメニューバーから「コーポレート」を選択し、クリックしてください。
 
Step 3
    Enter the account name & password indicated below.
    下記のアカウントおよびパスワードを入力してください。
 
Step 4
    Now you can make a reservation with Filo 2010 special rates.
    Filo 2010特別レートでの宿泊予約ページが開きます。
