Advance Registration has been closed on August 19(Fri) JST17:00.
Registered participants are required to complete
the payment for registration fee by August 24(Wed).
If your payment can not be confirmed by then,
your advance registration will be canceled automatically.


1. How to make advance registration

Please enter necessary information at the online registration system which will be linked at the bottom of this page. You will soon receive an automatic email confirmation with the registration number when your registration is successful. For detail, please follow the instructions at the online registration system.

2. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or at convenience stores. For detail, please follow the instructions at the online registration system.

Notes
  • Presenters are required to make advance registration before abstract submission.
  • You are not permitted to enter presentation rooms without registration badges.
  • After deadline, we will accept registration only at meeting site.
  • Registration will be completed only after payment.

    If you do not pay by August 24 (Wed.), the online registration will be invalid and you need to register at meeting site with higher rate.

  • Name badge will be delivered to advance registrants in Japan at the end of August. If you are from outside Japan, please pick it up at the registration desk.
  • Password for access to the online abstracts will be sent to you in mid November.
  • Even if you cancel attendance, we do not refund the already paid fee at any reason.
  • Receipt for your payment will be sent with name badge. Please be reminded that it cannot be reissued.
  • The above fees do not include program booklets and abstract CD-Rs. The will be sent to JBS members as membership benefit (regardless of registration for the meeting).
