<Important Notes>
Presenter does not have to be a member of the MBSJ (non member can submit papers).
As a first author / presenter, you can submit ONLY ONE PAPER for this meeting. If you have already submitted a paper in August / September, you can not submit any more.
Late submission papers will not be printed on the abstract booklets. We will publish special issue only for late submission papers, which you will find at the meeting place.
Presenter is required to pay the participation fee.
There will be no extension for the submission period noted above.
Please keep it in mind that we cannot accept any submission or correction after the deadline.
<Guideline: How to Submit Abstracts Online>
1.Open Period
November 1st – 20th, 2006 (no extension after deadline)

2.Member Number
IIn the process of your abstract submission, you need your member number.
YYou will find your number on the cover of an envelop from the MBSJ Secretariat.
If you are a new member and do not have your member own number yet, please contact to the MBSJ Secretariat: info@mbsj.jp
If you are non-member, please input “99999”
3.Date of Payment
In the process of your abstract submission, you will also need the date you have made payment of the MBSJ membership fee. The date should be noted on the receipt. If you do not have the date, please follow the instruction below.
I have surely paid but lost the receipt:
Input ‘3/3/2006’ in the blank for the date of payment, and input ‘lost’ in the blank for the bank you have paid.
I am just registering (and so I have not paid the membership fee yet):
Input ‘1/1/2006’ in the blank for the date of payment, and input ‘Just in the process of registering’ in the blank for bank you have paid.
4.Length of Abstract
Your abstract required to be 2,100 bytes including titles and authors. If your abstract has too many characters, it will be printed in very small fonts. If the number of the character exceeds the limit, you need to shorten your paper.
5.Receipt Code
If you have successfully made abstract submission, we will issue ‘RECEIPT CODE’ at the final page of the submission system. You will also find the code in the E-mail message automatically sent as the receipt of your submission. You will need this number for correction after submission. In case you do not receive the E-mail message, please check the E-mail address you have entered and try to submit once again.
6.Correction of Submitted Abstracts
You can modify the abstract you have submitted via internet only for the open period. (No extension after final deadline)
