How to make advance registration (for Oversea Participants Only)
Please fill out the advance registration form and fax it to the Secretariat (Fax: +81-6-6350-7248) by October 30th, 2009.
Your registration will be completed with a confirmation notice sent by the Secretariat.Registration Fees

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card.
Please include your card information in the application form and send it to the Secretariat by fax (for security reason, we advise you to send the form by fax, not by e-mail).
We will send you the registration ID and the receipt.
In case you do not have valid credit card but still wish to pay in advance, please ask the Secretariat.
Notes
- Poster presenters are required to make advance registration before abstract submission.
- After deadline, we will accept registration only at meeting site.
- Registration will be completed only after payment. If you do not pay in advance, you need to register at meeting site with higher rate.
- Password for access to the online abstracts will be sent to you in mid November.
- Even if you cancel attendance, we do not refund the registration fee. Please keep it mind that we basically do not refund already paid fee at any reason.
- Name badge (and program booklet to non-members) will be handed at the meeting site. Sorry, we do not send them abroad.
- If you are a Japanese resident, please go to Japanese page and register via online.
