1.How to Register

Download the Registration Form by clicking the button on the end of this page, fill all the necessary information, and send it to the meeting secretariat by email.
You will receive a confirmation email including 6-digit pre-registration ID starting with “69” to your registered email address upon your completion of pre-registration.

2.Payment ways

Participants in Japan
Please transfer the registration fee to the following account at the nearest post bank using the transfer form provided.
Make sure to specify the following information on the transfer form;

• Registration number (6 digits) *Please refer to the confirmation email.
• Registrant’s name
• Registrant’s affiliation
• Please note that Pre-registration will be automatically cancelled in case your payment cannot be confirmed by April 27 (Thu).
• Please note that the transfer fee should be paid at your end.
• The registration fees cannot be refunded for any reasons.

Participants coming from overseas

Please make a payment at the registration desk of the meeting site (2F, Sendai International Center). Only JPY in cash is acceptable. A name-badge and a receipt will be handed after the payment.

• You can only register on site once the pre-registration period is closed.
• For non-member student who will not submit an abstract, it would be appreciated if you register in advance.
• Students are required to show their ID.
• The registration fees do not include the price of abstracts booklet, which will be delivered as membership benefit to JSCB members who complete payment of annual membership fee.
• If you are non-member or you want to purchase additional copies, check “Purchase” in the Abstracts booklet box in the registration form.
