Young Scientists Mixer

This mixer will be arranged to increase exchange among young investigators and students in a Japanese "Izakaya" -style restaurant. Everyone who thinks himself/herself young is welcome to attend. Limited slots are available.

Ticket price: 3,800 JPY (preregistration and prepayment are highly encouraged)
Date & Time: Wednesday, December 5, 18:30-20:30 (tentative)
Venue: To be announced.
Maximum seat number: ~100 (first-come, first-served basis)

Travel Awards

There will be a limited number of travel bursaries available to postdoctoral researchers/students (32 years old or below). This is to help towards the costs of attending the 10th International Peptide Symposium.

How to apply :

1) In the On-line Registration process, Select "Yes" on the "Apply for Travel Award" section.
2) After On-line Registration and Abstract Submission are completed, send all the required documents listed below to the secretariat via e-mail. (10ips@aeplan.co.jp

Supporting Documents for the Visa Application

Those who need to apply for the visa to participate in the meeting can request supporting documents for the visa application. Please note that we can send the documents only to those who have completed both online registration and payment of the registration fee.

To request for the documents, please click the "Request for Visa Application Documents" button below. It will take 2-3 weeks to issue the documents.

The document package includes:

* Letter of guarantee
* Invitation Letter
* Itinerary in Japan
* Certificate of employment of the symposium chair as substitute for corporate registration

Request for Visa Application Documents

Receipt, Meeting Badge & Abstract Book

You will receive a receipt of your registration fee payment, meeting badge and abstract book at the meeting site. We recommend that you keep the receipt of your credit card transaction or postal/bank transfer until you receive them. Please note that the receipt cannot be reissued. Participants not wearing their meeting badges will not be allowed to enter any meeting rooms.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests can only be entertained before November 8, 5pm JST.
NOTE: Handling fee of 10,000 JPY will be deducted for cancellation.
